If you haven't received your ad-sense pin then don't worry about it.
Simply you can send a mail directly to adsense-support@google.com and mentioned that you haven't recd your pin.
Then they simply revert back to you with in 2-3 working days and ask for to attach a
digital image of a government issued ID card, bank statement, or telephone bill displaying your payee name and mailing address as it appears in your account.
You can send them a scan copy of your ID proof and address proof, send them then they will manually remove the PIN Hold from your account.
